Charming detached house with breath taking view, situated completely quiet with fantastic view over the sea. You can see in the west the large bay of Serifos and the port with its incoming boats, in the north the historical village of Chora on a hill over the bay and in the south east the lonely shores of Serifos.
250 m to the first beach, 1 km to the first restaurant and the long sandy beach of Livadi, 1,5 km to the village of Livadi with its many shops and restaurants and 2 km to the port of Serifos.
The house consists of 2 apartments with separate entrances. The upper part is larger than the lower, but they have both the same partitioning of the rooms, the same comfort and the same view.
Each part of the house has 2 rooms. 2 double beds with mosquito nets, bathroom with bath tub/ shower/ toilet and kitchenette in the lower and kitchen in the upper part, each with dining place. Air conditioning. Large covered terraces with gorgeous view.
Both parts of the house can be rent separately or together. They are connected by an outside staircase.
