The house consists of a large living room with fire place, a dining room with open door to a very well equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, each with double bed, a small extra bed room with sofa bed (extensible to 2 single beds), bathroom with bath tub and toilet, second bathroom with toilet/ shower.

3 km to the capital Fira, 9 km to the picturesque and historic village of Oia. In the neighbourhood two small super markets and one restaurant. 2 km to the sea, a small fishing port and to the next beach.
