Puerto de la Cruz is the tourist center in the north of Tenerife and offers ideal possibilities for every vacationer. Internationally known are the black volcanic sand beaches, the sea water swimming pools, the Loro Parque (animal show) and the National Park Las Cañadas del Teide (with 3715 meters the highest mountain in Spain and Natural Heritage).
The flat is located in Puerto de la Cruz in the district of La Paz which belongs to the preferential residential areas. At approx. 80 m above sea level there is a well-balanced climate, hence, among other things the botanical garden is nearby.
