You will be staying in a sunny, modern and comfortably furnished 2 room apartment in the heart of Berlin, near Winterfeldtplatz. Its central location (close to 5 subway lines) makes it very convenient to explore all parts of Berlin. The apartment is located in a quiet street on the 4th Floor (with elevator) and consists of a living room with balcony, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom, all with windows. The flat has been renovated and refurbished in 2009.
In the living room there is a dining table for 4 persons, a comfortable sofa bed (150x200), armchair, TV, radio-CD and ample storage. From the living room you can step outside on a west-facing balcony equipped with a table and chairs - ideal for eating outside. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160x200) and a large closet. Thick curtains in both rooms guarantee an undisturbed sleep - even in summer. The kitchen is fitted with a ceramic hob, oven with grill, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, iron, electric kettle, and dishes and kitchen utensils. A small table invites to have breakfast in the kitchen. The bathroom has a tub and plenty of hooks for all towels. A hair dryer is also available. In the corridor there is a small information corner and a wardrobe. At the entrance you can comfortably store your shoes and jackets.
Linen and towels are provided free of charge. Also a wireless internet connection is at your disposition.
Schöneberg is located in the heart of Berlin. Around the Winterfeldt Platz, in the Goltzstrasse and Akazienkiez there are wonderful pubs, tasty restaurants from all over the world, interesting shops and on Wednesdays and Saturdays, the popular Winterfeldtplatz market.
The apartment is in the best part of Schöneberg on a quiet street, near the Winterfeldtplatz. In the immediate vicinity there are numerous shops, supermarkets (including ecological), pharmacies, cafes, restaurants and shops where you can enjoy your time.
Excellent transport connections: In a few minutes you reach 5 subway lines (Subway stations: Eisenacher Street, Viktoria-Luise Platz and Nollendorfplatz) and several bus lines. From there you are in 7 minutes at Potsdamer Platz, in 16 minutes at the Olympic stadium, in 20 minutes at the Messe / ICC, in 22 minutes at Hauptbahnhof (central railway station), in 30 minutes at Tegel Airport and in 45 minutes at Schönefeld Airport ... in case you'd ever want to leave. The City-West around the "KaDeWe" department store is conveniently located within 15 minutes walking distance. If you choose to explore the city by bike a bike rental is located close by. |
