The cottage is situated just outside the small village Särvsjö, 35 km away from the city Hede. There is a fantastic view from the cottage over lake and mountains. Above the water appears Anåfjället, Flatruet och Helagsfjället. No other cottages are within sight. The last part of the car road is private. The cottage on 55 sqm consist of a combined kitchen and living room, two bedrooms, bathroom and firewood sauna. Shower and washing possibilities will be found indoors, toilet outdoors. There is a groundcellar outdoors for food storage. The cottage has flowing water indoors during the summer. The kitchen is equipped with firewood owen and gas stowe. For electricity and lighting there is a solarenergy installation. Övre Särvsjön offers good fishing on trout, char and whitefish. The surroundings consist of miles of continous wilderness, consisting of mountains and forests close to the mountains.
