| Villa Magro is named after the river that flows at the back of the property although this river is now more of a stream due to a damn. The villa was completely renovated in 2008. The villa has a large modern bright feel but at the same time warm, inviting and comfortable. The villa has its own private swimming pool, gym room, large terreces and gardens. It is set in a peaceful location and is very private but is only 5 minutes from shops, resturants and bars and only 25 - 30 minutes from Valencia city. The villa is a 2 storey private villa with 2 completely separate living apartments. The holiday apartment is south facing with sunshine all day long. The owners live in the upper apartment (north facing) with a separate outdoor area and are available for assistance if required. The owners do use the pool but will not intrude on your stay in anyway. The villa has spectacular views of the mountains and countryside. Keep an eye on the sky and you will most likely catch sight of eagles flying over head or even vultures circling. Leading off from the Villa south entrance are two sunbathing terraces by the pool (wet areas), a second terrace area with table and chairs and a bbq (dry area) and a large terrace with a shaded area to the front of the apartment with dining table and loungers. This is a self catering apartment, however, if youre staying for 1 week or more, on first arrival at the apartment you will find a free welcome pack containing a meal for everyone plus all the essentials like milk, tea and coffee, so after your journey you can relax straight away. We run the house as ecologically as possible. You will have satelite TV plus a DVD player and all the things you would normally expect. Lots of DVDs are available on request. nearest village, Macastre, is 5 minutes away. It is a real Spanish village with real Spanish people who are very laid back and friendly people. Even if you dont speak a word of Spanish you will always get by in cafés, bars and shops. The locals are always helpful. Spain is a big country and it is always advised to hire a car on arrival at the airport.
