This Villa is located only a few walking minutes away from the white sandy beach in a well maintained complex. In the livingroom of about 50 m2 you will find a open fireplace, stereo installation, tv-set, kitchen and a generous eating corner. On the from the outside invisible Patio you find a private pool, teakwood chairs an table, sunchairs and a sunscreen. Through the Patio you reach the sleeping part of the Villa with 2 bedrooms (2 singel beds and 1 double bed) and a bathroom. The generous bathroom with daylight contains a shower, toilet and bidet. In the upper part you will find an extra bedroom with an even more generous bathroom with seperate bathtube and shower, bidet, wc and washing mashine. Through the Patio you reach as well the big sunningterass with fantastic seaview on the bay of Costa Calma. A good place for having a nice diner and to start or end the day in a comfortable way.

From the Costa Calma starts a ca. 25 Km. long white sandy beach. The whole year around you have the posebility for a lot of sportactivities in a comfortable and steady climate. The watertemperature are almost always between 19-24 degrees celcius, also during the Christmas time.

In the Costa Calma you find a lot of shopping posebilities. Good restaurants, various car-rental companies and a lot of sporting and freetime options.
