| Our accommodation is located in one of the most beautiful and idyllic quarters of Saxony's capital Dresden within a few minutes walk to the Pillnitz Park and Castle, the only castle of its size in Europe reflecting East Asian styles which Augustus the Strong (1670-1733, King of Poland and Ruler of Saxony) once bought as a gift for his mistress. In addition, our house is only a stone's throw away from Carl-Maria von Weber's summer residence where the German composer wrote most of his Freischütz. At the same time, it is only 25 minutes to the city centre of Dresden with its numerous castles (e.g. the Zwinger) and museums, the Semper Opera House, the Frauenkirche (Church of Our Lady) and the Brühlsche Terrasse (Brühl's Terrace). The apartment features a large bed- and living room and a maximum occupation of 3 adults will be allowed. It is tastefully and comfortably furnished and provides a separate entrance as well as a private parking space on the property. The bed-/living room has a double bed, a futon couch, a dining table and chairs, a TV and a radio. From the living room, you can access the garden and terrace which also offers a table and chairs. The kitchen contains a refrigerator, a sink area, a coffee maker, a toaster and an electric stove. The bathroom has shower, toilet and a wash basin. In the immediate neighbourhood, you will find a bakery (also open on Sundays!) and a wine shop. A supermarket is within 5 minutes walk.
