Description

We offer a private residence in American style, surrounded by a beautiful green park. The mansion Setrak consists of three main floors (levels).

For Let are preferably complete floors or even the entire holiday’s property.

Floor 1) The ground floor consists of an apartment (AA) for 2 to 4 persons and a generous lounge area (100m2) inclusive cable TV.

Apartment AA alone is approx. 45m2 large and consists of a cosy and spacious bedroom (double bed), large kitchen (inclusive couch for 2 persons), WC/Bathroom.

In addition a guest WC and a generous lounge space of 100m2 are part of your realm.

Floor 2) the second floor consists of three apartments (A, B, C) for altogether 8 persons. You can enjoy the view in our generous gallery area (60m ²) on the black sea. Cable TV included.

Apartment A is 55m² large and therefore suitable for 4 persons: Kitchen, bedroom (double bed), living room (couch for 2 persons), WC/bathroom and balcony.

Apartment B is 40 m2 large and therefore suitable for 2 persons: bedroom (double bed), kitchen, WC/bathroom and balcony.

Apartment C is 28m2 large and therefore suitable for 2 persons: bedroom (double bed), WC/bathroom and balcony.

Floor 3) the third floor consists of a generous panorama maisonette apartment for approx. 4, max 6 persons. (If neccessary the apartments could accommodate additional 2 young people- The capacity of 8 would be the absolute maximum of the flat.)

The reservation of the apartment for more than 4 persons is particularly suitable for large families and/or close relatives.

Apartment AAA is approx. 100m2 large and consists of a large upper floor bedroom (double bed) with entrance to the generous roof terrace, a smaller bedroom (double bed) with entrance to the smaller balcony, a large kitchen combined with a dining room (couch for eventually 2 persons) with entrance to a small indoor balcony, large living room inclusive fire-place with couch (eventually for 2 persons), WC/bathroom and storage room.
