Central air helps you stay cool on the hot summer days. Sliders lead from the kitchen to a stone patio, for you to enjoy BBQing and outdoor dining. The garden is professionally landscaped and the interior is professionally cleaned after each guest, so rest assured that you will arrive to find things in tip-top shape.

"We had the pleasure of vacationing at this house in the month of August 2009. The house was great and spotless! The fenced in backyard was perfect for our 2 year old to run around and play. The outdoor shower was very refreshing after a day at the beach. We went to Dowses and Craigville beaches and had a great time. On the very hot days, the central air was terriffic....even the bathrooms had central air! Also the central vac was great to. The house itself is very kid friendly and the layout flows very well. The kitchen was nicely equipped and had all we needed. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and we sat out every night in the backyard and enjoyed our relaxation. The location is great and all the stores are very close as is Route 28. Hyannis was only 10 minutes away. We found a carousel in Hyannis for our son who had such a good time. Having the beach pass to all beaches is a truly a plus. All in all this was one of our best vacations and the owners couldn't have been more helpful and the house and yard shows they take great pride in their property.
