The apartment is located in the famous scene district Prenzlauer Berg which is popular for its variety of restaurants, cafes, boutiques and galleries. You live not far from such famous placec as "Kollwitzplatz", "Schönhauser Allee", "Alexanderplatz". From the nearest public transport such as U-Bahn. Eberswalderstr. and S-Bahn. Schönhauser Allee you are about 2 minutes away. Also Alexanderplatz is about 10 min, Potsdamer Platz about 20 min and Zoo about 30 minutes away by using public transport.

DESCRIPTION OF APARTMENT

In the 1st room has a double bed (180x200), a single bed (100x200), a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, cable TV.

In the second Room has two sofa beds (each 140x200), a wardrobe, a trolley, a sideboard, and a cable-TV.

The respective living rooms have hardwood floors.

The kitchen is equipped with a spacious work desk, with 4-ring hob, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, pots, dishes, and numerous kitchen utensils. As a seat you will find a large table with a bench seat and two chairs, five people can be seated.

The bathroom has a bath with shower facilities, sinks, toilets and windows, and a washing machine. The floor is tiled.

There are no passing rooms.
