The entrance in on the large sea terrace. The living-room and the kitchen are in a large room on the ground floor. Upstairs there's a double-bed room and its bathroom, a small two-bed room and a smaller room with a sofa-bed as well as the main bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.
All rooms, except for the bathroom and the smaller room, are on the sea front. You can have lunch and sit in a part of the large terrace reserved to the flat (see photo).
A large and confortable flight of steps gives you easy access to the sea terraces where you can find deck-chairs, umbrellas and other services. Swimming and sun bathing there are allowed only to residents.
