Villa Ariosa is a comfortable and spacious self- catering villa in Fontane Bianche, a seaside resort in the province of Syracuse. The house has a surface area of 200 square meters, it's equipped with air conditioning in all rooms and includes: 4 bedrooms (3 doubles and 1twin), 3 bathrooms, spacious lounge with fireplace, large kitchen, spaciuos veranda with bower, chairs and a large table.
The garden is large and nice with tables and chairs, loungers and outside compartment shower .
The building has over 100 square meters of terraces, including the panoramic roof where you see the sea.
Facilities: washing machine, fridge with freezer, CD radio, television, kitchen equipment, iron and ironing board.

There are 4 car parking.

The villa is rented weekly or monthly, or for different periods to be agreed, subject to availability.

Fontane Bianche is about 50 minute drive from the international airport of Catania “Fontanarossa”, and 15 minutes from Syracuse, by means of the modern new highway.
Exit "Cassibile”.
The village is a seaside resort with food, pharmacy, church, doctor, shops, pizzerias, restaurants, pubs, discos, nightclubs, theater and outdoor summer concerts, free beach, low cliffs to get in the sea and to swim , swimming pool , camping ... everything you need for a holiday.
The proximity to the beautiful Baroque towns of Noto and Palazzolo and to many other archaeological, historic and natural sites , makes Villa Ariosa a perfect base to explore this area, filled with UNESCO sites.
