Location
Set in its own private gardens this new house is the ideal retreat for a quiet and relaxing break in Bulgaria. The private house has all the advantages of a rural location whilst being only 20 km from the main city of Varna with its facilities and places of interest. Just 3 km away at Kamchiya is a long, wide and sandy beach perfect for bathing and fishing. Kamchiya also offers a collection of restaurants serving a wide range of dishes including some excellent locally caught fish dishes. Its premium location is due to the short proximity of:
- the cathedral, museums and shopping centers in the bustling city of Varna – capital of the Black Sea coastal;
- Kamchiya resort and the river of Kamchiya where it flows into the Black Sea;
- tranquility of the rural region yet close to the urban city;
- strike distance to the Queen of Romania's Summer Palace and botanical gardens at Balchik, which is well worth a visit;
- strike distance to the capital of Romania - Bucharest;
Near to the house is a swimming pool which is available for a small charge. The village has shops where you can pick up most everyday items you require. There are also some taverns close by where excellent and inexpensive food and drinks can be consumed in the pleasant surroundings. Buses serve the village between Varna and Kamchiya and is a short way away at the main road (E87) coaches run regularly to most other destinations. Taxis are inexpensive and reliable. A car would be an advantage for exploring the varied and interesting local area.

Description of the house
The house is tastefully furnished and decorated to a high standard with all the modern conveniences you would expect. The house is light spacious and private and has air conditioning/heating and an open log fire for the cooler evenings.
The house consists of a large family kitchen and dining area with all the usual amenities you would find at home such as a fridge freezer, washing machine and full cooking facilities. Click here to view our gallery of pictures of the house:
The dining area is large and bight equipped with a comfortable chairs and large dining table that can seat 6 people comfortably. The lounge is spacious and well appointed with a large 'L' shaped sofa (that converts into a double bed), two easy chairs, coffee table and writing desk. The lounge also has a large LCD Television and DVD player.
Downstairs there is a toilet/washroom then upstairs there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed with the second there is a single bed and a slide out bunk bed. On the first floor there is a main bathroom with large double shower, toilet and wash basin.
 
Accommodation
Top quality furnishings throughout; the ground floor has a fully equipped integrated kitchen, dining area and a large living room. The villa also has three bedrooms and two bathrooms; on the second floor there are two double bedrooms (both en-suite) and also a bedroom with one single and one sliding bunk bed well suited for children with a bathroom adjacent.
