Description
Our beautiful new up market apartment is on the 8th floor of Ir Yamin on Poleg Beach Netanya. It boasts unobstructed views of the beach and ocean.
 
The apartment is fully air-conditioned and equipped with all major appliances including microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, dish washer, telephone and Computer.
 
Fast ADSL Internet plus a Wi-Fi connection is included for use with your laptop.
 
Two LCD TV sets wired to a full bouquet of satellite channels are in the main bedroom and lounge.
 
The apartment has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 5. There are Two Bathrooms plus a guest toilet. We provide all linen and Bath towels (beach towels are not provided)
 
The apartment was completed in January 1009 and boasts a very comfortable and discerning standard of furniture and art. The beds are of the highest quality comprising of a King Size in the main bedroom, Queen Size in the second bedroom and Three quarter in the third bedroom. All beds are equipped with sheets and duvets.
 
There are two bathrooms (main en suite) each with toilet plus a bidet and a third guest toilet.
 
There is remote controlled underground garaging for two cars which is situated near the lifts. (3 lifts include a Shabbas lift)
 
Please note that we do not allow smoking in the apartment. We encourage smokers to use the outside balcony.
 
Although the apartment is not strictly kosher, we request that you do not bring in non kosher meats such as pork products or shellfish.
 
As we do not live in Israel the apartment is efficiently managed on our behalf by Yonete of Israel Property Care.
 
There are plenty of shops within a five minute walk from the apartment including Hairdresser, Bank, Café, Restaurant, and Supermarket.
 
McDonalds is a three minute walk from the apartment. In the McDonalds centre there is a small café which is open virtually all the time, where you can buy the basics such as milk, water and bread etc as well as topping up your Israeli cell phone card. There is also a bank, an ATM, a small pasta restaurant and a hairdresser.
 
The apartment is a 5 minute drive to the highway a 5 minute walk to the beach.
 
There is a mini mall in Ramat Poleg which is a 10 minute walk from the apartment. There you will find a great kosher dairy coffee shop called Café Cafe, a sushi bar and a pizza place as well as other shops plus a small kosher supermarket.
 
In the Poleg Industrial (about 5 minutes by car) you will see IKEA and a whole range of supermarkets, shops, bakeries, ice cream places, and restaurants.
 
There are other supermarkets in the area as well as a new mall with cinemas and our favorite “the decadent Max Brenner” (chocolate restaurant) which is well worth a visit. Another favorite of ours is an Arab restaurant called Yunis which is past IKEA and along side the Gas Station.
 
The local Synagogue is a 10 minute walk from the apartment.
