| Casa Noella for 4 persons is situated in the quiet location Riumar (no mass tourism) in the Costa Dorada. The distance to the beach is approximately 200 meters and the river Ebro is within walking distance as well. The house has a living area of 65 sqm and consists of: Living room with open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with gas stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker,toaster, fridge with freezer. Bedroom with double bed and ceiling fan Bedroom with two single beds and ceiling fan Bathroom with shower and toilet The living room has a ceiling fan as well as an air conditioner (also used for heating). Satellite TV and free WiFi Internet are available. In the Mediterranean garden around the house (> 200m ²) is the private pool of 8 x 4 meters and a large barbeque. All doors and windows have fly screens and fences. The house has a private driveway with parking for one car. Next to the house is a room with a washing machine and an extra fridge meant for, for example, fishing bait for fishermen.Via the spiral staircase the spacious roof terrace is accessible. We rent our house through Marisol Riumar Family Resort. Marisol's wonderful team is always at your service and live across from Casa Noella. On arrival in Riumar they will pick you up and bring you to the house. Two to three times a week they stop by for the pool maintenance. Dogs are allowed. Enjoy privacy and tranquility at Casa Noella!
