Salgados is situated next door to Gal'e on one of the Algarves most beautiful coastline, 7km equal distance from both Old Town Albufeira & Amaceo de Pera. The apartment is very comfortable, beautifully appointed & equipped to a high standard. It sleeps two. Absolutely ideal for couples, it is NOT suitable for children being up high on the second floor with low balcony. it is in a secure block with two lifts and a staircase. Entry is gained through a lockable entrance hall and an entry phone is also installed.

It is in an area of natural beauty with the most stunning beaches Of Gal'e Oest'e & Salgados only 10 minutes walk, a saltwater lake & bird wetland reserve, plus the famous Salgados wetland Golf Course is only 5 minutes away. There is also a large supermarket with cash machine & various walkable bars & restaurants. Taxis can be ordered from the patisserie at the front on Travessa Dos Golfe if you wish to visit Old town Albufeira or Armacao De Pera which are the two nearest towns.

The rooms consist of a foyer, leading to a spacious well furnished living/dining room with 3 piece leather suite, dining table with 4 chairs, lamps & lamp table, TV, DVD player, and stereo CD/Radio set. Patio doors lead onto a large balcony. A full sized, well equipped kitchen with cooker, hood, hob, gas boiler for hot water, fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave. The bathroom comprises of built in vanity sink, bath with shower over, bidet and toilet. The bedroom comprises a most comfortable double bed with quality mattress, side tables and lamps,cheval mirror. Patio doors lead off the bedroom, again onto the balcony, which overlooks the countryside & which is equipped with table and chairs, weatherproof broom cupboard and a full sized quality roll down awning to keep the apartment cool in summer and warm in winter. It also has the benefit of louvre shutters. There are two wall to wall full height wardrobes.The balcony is bathed in sunlight from early morning, but is cooler in the afternoons on very hot days. A tall tower fan is available. Temperatures have been known to reach the high thirties in June, July and August.
