The apartment Lavatoio by the Sea is a lovely and comfortable apartment in the city center of Cefalù opposite the sea. On the first floor of an important historical building The Medieval Laundry, it is very quiet and central, well equipped and cozy and of course it is ideal for 2-4 persons. It has 2 bedrooms, one bathroom with a shower and a toilet,a washing machine, Tv and a large kitchen corner and dining room and three marvellous balconies on the sea.The furniture is new and refined and comfortable too, the atmosphere is cozy, bright and warm, the kitchen has everything you need to cook
It is very cool in the summer and warm enough in the winter.You needn't any car and it is near shops, bakeries, restaurants and very important historical monuments like the Norman Cathedral or the Medieval wash and so on.
Cefalu is a beautiful city on the Mediterranean Sea on the north coast of Sicily. It is centrally located in the island, and there are no problems in connecting it with the main airports and highways of the island. Cefalù has a central position, that allows you to reach easily all the most famous cities and attractions of the island. The city has a beautiful sandy beach and our accommodations are all facing the sea. It has many shops, restaurants where you can enjoy good and healthy Sicilian cuisine, bars and many cultural activities. Of great importance are the Arab-Norman cathedral, the medieval wash-house, the park of the castle, the museum Mandralisca, the differential pensionable many churches, historical period, from Arabic to Baroque and Salvatore Cicero theater, concerts with music not only Italian, but also internationally
The apartment is central located, in the heart of Cefalù, near its famous monuments and of course next to the sandy beach and the sea. The distance from the apartment to the beach is only 20 meters. It is also located in a quiet area and from the house you can only hear the sound of the waves of the Mediterranean Sea. It is also very close to our Italian language school, named Mediterranea Sicilia and nearby our accommodations there are shops, restaurants, supermarkets, Internet Point, cafes, cinemas, beaches, wineries, grocers and fishmongers
The price of the houses varies according to the period, from a minimum of € 300.00 for two people in low season to a maximum of 950.00 € in high season
In the price hot and cold water, electricity, gas for cooking are preserved. The extra costs are for final cleaning EUR 40,00 and bed linen and towels EUR 16,00 per person
