| The small holiday residence on the southern shore of the Lake of Garda is located only approx. 100 m away from the beach. The apartments are built in a half-circle around the swimming pool forming a kind of public square with a typical Italian character separated from the road by a fence and bushes on the southern side. Each apartment on the ground floor has a terrace and those on the first floor have a balcony with garden furniture. Furnishings The apartment has a living space of approx. 40 m², is furnished in a functional way and has a living-/dining-room with kitchen corner (refrigerator incl. freezer, etc.), double convertible sofa, SAT-TV and access to the terrace respectively the balcony. In a small corridor there is a single bed for a child (1,40 m long). A bedroom with a double bed. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Tiled floors. Safe. Shared washing machines. A baby bed is available against charge.
