The Chalet is situated in Ladir (1250m above sealevel), above Ilanz, close to the "white arena" (Flims/Laax), Obersaxen and Brigels, in a restful, sunny south slope location with dreamlike view to the mountains.

In wintertime there is a free skibus connecting Ladir with the basic mountain railway stations of Laax. A skirun is leading directly from Crap Masegn (2477m above sealvel) to Ladir/Ruschein.

The marvellous mountainsummer offers numerous possibilities: for instance hiking, biking, play golf, thermalbaths in Vals,...

The rooms are on 3 floors: On the ground floor is the kitchen, living-diningroom, 1 bedroom (2 beds), 1 toilet/shower. On the attic floor there is a bedroom (2 beds) and an anteroom. In the basement there is a large bedroom (4 beds), 1 toilet/tub.
